Dai Senatori

We were in Rome for Christmas and stopped in for dinner on the way back from the Vatican. The service was excellent, Gabrielle made recommendations for wine and food based on local Roman dishes, both the wine and food were incredible. We enjoyed the whole experience so much, we went back for dinner 2 nights later and would highly recommend you eat here on your visit to Rome. We sat outside one evening and inside another, both excellent.

We recently spent our Christmas holiday in Rome…a beautiful city for spending the holiday. On one of our earliest evenings for dinner, we came upon a wonderful restaurant called Dai Senatori. We had a few other terrific meals to compare, but decided to return on Christmas night for our holiday and last dinner of our trip. It was a very special, magical dinner we will always remember!! First, we’ve fallen in love with Jewish artichokes and they are perfect here! Every pasta dish, pizza and dessert were completely heavenly. We’re certain the key to it all was our waiter, Gabrielle, you know…like the angel . Thank you, Dai Senatori and, especially, to our very own angel . Ciao!!

Great experience with this restaurant. Particularly the server Gabriel- made it the best experience ive had in rome yet! The food - Fantastic, fresh flavors,homemade, the chef even came out and got to meet - what an experience. (Gnocchi with oxtail sauce)

Had a wonderful last meal in Rome here, was very early in the evening, so was a little bit quiet (hence only 4 stars), but the staff and food were excellent. Very friendly and very attentive, we had seafood risotto and Pizza Jade (my wife added ingredients to a Margherita and our server insisted on naming it for her ). Extremely flavoursome and it all came out piping hot, which is perfect! It is a little off of the main areas, but well worth making your way out, highly recommended!

This is my favourite restaurant just off Piazza Navona. An all rounder any time of the day, great food and drinks and very well priced. From Davide’s welcome at the door to Debora’s service and Emanuele’s culinary delights, this place ticks all the boxes to return and return again.

You need to go here! The food is amazing. All the food is rich in flavor. The tiramisu is to die for. The best part is the food was reasonably priced. I would highly recommend seeking this place out.

The best meal I had in Rome. The waiter was incredibly helpful with wine suggestions and just in general. The amatriciana was the perfect balance of savory, salty, and acidity. Would go back in a heartbeat

A perfectly nice place with a comfortable outdoor dining area. It was easy to reserve a table online for a Sunday lunch but it did not appear reservations were necessary. The amatrciana was decent but not as good as other places in the area. The meatballs were unique, deep fried with a shredded beef texture. The cacio e pepe ravioli were interesting but in need of a contrasting flavor or garnish.
